About Us:
We specialise in innovative educational and business technology solutions. We are seeking a skilled Installer/Technician to join our team. If you’re tech-savvy, hands-on and a problem-solver, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure IWB/Interactive Displays, projectors, and AV equipment at client sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and user training.
• Set up and break down equipment for conferences and events.
• Maintain and install AV systems for meeting rooms, classrooms, and boardrooms.
• Travel locally and across Africa for installations and support.
• Maintain professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Experience with AV technology installations IWB, projectors, video conferencing will be an advantage
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Crestron systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
