R.L. Management Services specialize in Quantity Surveying and Project Management. Our services are as follows:

• Pricing and preparing of Bills of Quantities.

• Prepare Subcontractor Tenders.

• Taking off quantities from Drawings.

• Preparation of Final Accounts, Variations Orders, Extensions of Time and Monthly Valuations.

• Cash flow Reports and Contract Program.


NB:
• Fees are based on the size of the document to be priced.
• The turnaround time is two full business days but preferable four days before you submit it to the client.
• For site briefing meetings we charge R4.50 p/km from our base, Sunningdale, Cape Town and back. A flat rate of R300 per site visit (distance calculated as per GPS coordinates).
• Terms & Conditions applicable on acceptance of quotation.
