Grow your practice is a 6 Month Work-Group programme for people who want to develop & expand their practice. . . We start the process with a FREE orientation session (no obligation) on 19 March 2020 in Claremont, Cape Town.
Grow your practice sessions are practical & you will participate and implement from the start. Key focus areas include:
- setting up your practice, physically & legally,
- identifying your growth goals for the short & medium term,
- developing a marketing strategy & plan,
- becoming competent at social marketing,
- developing infra-structure such as databases
… And many of the basic fundamentals you need to grow your practice.
This is small group of people, intent on growing their practice, and keen to benefit from a supportive group process.
The workshop hosts are Naomi Suzane and Peter Guess. In addition a number of guest facilitators will offer specific modules in their area of expertise.
Naomi Suzane, has 34 years’ experience in OD and Leadership Development, and a successful Relationship Coaching Practice, based in Cape Town
Peter Guess, a respected Management trainer and facilitator since 1987 and a wizard on website development and social media, based in Cape Town.
